3. REGISTRO Y CUENTA
El usuario se compromete a:

Mantener confidencialidad de su contraseña.
No crear cuentas duplicadas.

6. VALIDACIÓN DE VENTAS
Para que una venta genere comisión debe:
Estar registrada en el sistema POS oficial.
Estar pagada y confirmada.
No haber sido anulada ni devuelta.
Cumplir con los requisitos mínimos establecidos.
Las compras personales no generan comisiones de red.
7. POLÍTICA DE PRECIOS
Los precios son definidos exclusivamente por MIA DEALER.
No se permite modificar precios.
No se permiten descuentos no autorizados.
No se permite competencia interna basada en reducción de precio.
No se permite comercializar productos fuera del sistema oficial.
8. PAGOS DE COMISIONES
Los pagos están sujetos a:
Verificación de identidad.
Cumplimiento de requisitos fiscales.
Monto mínimo de retiro.
Validación de actividad legítima.
La empresa podrá retener o ajustar pagos en caso de irregularidades o fraude.
9. CONDUCTA PROHIBIDA
Está prohibido:
Prometer ingresos garantizados.
Manipular el sistema de ventas.
Crear redes ficticias.
Realizar publicidad engañosa.
Ejecutar prácticas de spam.
Dañar la reputación de la marca.
Las infracciones podrán derivar en suspensión inmediata sin derecho a reembolso.

12. MODIFICACIONES
La empresa podrá modificar:
El plan de compensación.
Valores de membresía.
Políticas internas.
Condiciones operativas.
Los cambios serán notificados a los usuarios activos.
13. TERMINACIÓN
La empresa podrá cancelar cuentas por:
Incumplimiento de términos.
Actividad fraudulenta.
Conducta que afecte la reputación de la marca.
Violaciones legales.
